Polimeks - Redcliffe Gardens, Chelsea

One building. Many homes. A single architectural vision.

The transformation of this four-storey Chelsea building, including its basement, extended across the building envelope, external spaces and multiple residences within a demanding 12-month programme.

The façade and windows were renewed, landscaping extensively reworked, and a collection of one-bedroom, three-bedroom and duplex residences completely reconfigured and refurbished.

Rather than treating each apartment in isolation, the project was developed as a unified architectural scheme, with kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, furniture and finishes coordinated throughout.

The result is a building in which individual homes retain their character while belonging to a coherent whole.
