Forty days to transform a home.

Time was the defining challenge of this three-bedroom Chelsea flat. Brecons completely reworked the interior and introduced two elegant ensuite bathrooms within an exceptional 40-day programme.

Every decision had to be made with precision. Planning, procurement, sequencing and site coordination were tightly controlled to maintain momentum from the first works through to the final detail.

The project demonstrates what can be achieved when speed, discipline and craftsmanship work together.
